AM-Team works with water utilities, tech vendors and engineering firms at the global scale. We've helped designing, optimising and digitalising over 150 treatment plants using our unique modelling solutions. In addition, we have accelerated the development of key technologies for the major brands in our industry.
Our team is invited to speak at the leading events in our industry and we are strategically involved to help shaping the international digital agenda of the water industry. Throughout the years, our company evolved from a modelling company to a globally recognised digital solutions provider.
The timeline of AM-Team
Our journey started in 2017 with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and environmental standards. Today, we continue to evolve, dedicated to empowering water utilities and industries through innovative solutions.
Our founders
AM-Team was founded in 2017 by Wim Audenaert, Usman Rehman, and Ingmar Nopens, all having MSc and PhD degrees in either chemical or environmental engineering. AM-Team is a spinoff company of Ghent University.
Wim, our CEO, is a process technology specialist and leads the company.
As our CTO, Usman heads the technical developments within the company. He is an internationally recognised advanced process simulation expert.
Ingmar manages our operations as our COO and combines this role with a professorship at Ghent University.
